How do I see the reservations / bookings that are assigned to me?
1. Inside "Manage Reservation", click on the "Scan"
On your Business Home screen, click on "Manage Reservation", and click on the "Scan Reservation Code" button. You will be able to scan a customer's QR code.
2. Verify the booking details and allot reservation
After scanning a customer's QR code, verify the booking details and allot the reservation.
The app will not scan a code if the booking date is in the past or in the future, or if the booking code has already been scanned.
